General Fishing Rules:

1. Adherence to Rules: Please strictly adhere to the rules at all times. Failure to comply with the terms and conditions may result in immediate eviction from the premises.
2. Net Dipping: All nets must be dipped upon arrival using the dipping tanks provided on-site.
3. Rod Limit: A maximum of three rods per angler is permitted.
4. Bait Restrictions:
   1. No particles unless purchased directly from Chase Lakes.
   2. Pellets are allowed in small proportions.
   3. Maggots are strictly prohibited.
5. Hooks: Only micro-barbed or barbed hooks are allowed.
6. Fires: Fires are not permitted on the grounds.
7. Alcohol: Alcohol is allowed on the lakes. However, individuals deemed intoxicated will not be allowed to fish until the following morning. Boats are prohibited if alcohol is being consumed.
8. Rubbish: Anglers are responsible for picking up and disposing of all rubbish.
9. Fish Handling:
   1. No sacking of fish, except temporarily for a photo with the assistance of a fellow angler.
   2. Use only recovery slings provided by Chase Lakes for weighing fish.
   3. Cradles provided on-site must be used.
10. Mainline and Bait Regulations:
    1. A minimum breaking strain of 15lb for the mainline.
    2. Strictly no nuts to be used.
11. Boat Safety:
    1. Boats are available for hire
       1. Only boats from Chase Lakes can be used
    2. Life jackets will be provided by Chase Lakes and must be worn at all times when on and entering the boat.
12. Additional Rules:
    1. Bait boats are permitted.
    2. Minimum landing net size of 42 inches.
    3. All anglers must use antiseptic on wounds upon capturing any fish.
    4. Leads – no fixed leads. Lead clips and drop-off systems are permitted.
    5. Leave swims clean and tidy – no litter left behind.
    6. Do not leave rods unattended at any time.
13. Age Restrictions: Nobody under the age of 18 is allowed on a boat unless accompanied by an adult.
14. Life Jacket Requirement: Life jackets must be worn at all times when out on our boats for your own safety.
15. Alcohol Policy: Small quantities of alcohol may be consumed. Anglers seen intoxicated will be asked to reel in rods for 24 hours, ensuring safety and fish welfare.
16. Booking Terms:
    1. All deposits are non-refundable.
    2. All dates are non-exchangeable.
    3. Ensure all members of your angling party have read and agreed to our terms and conditions.
    4. Provide accurate names, contacts, and emails for all members on the booking form.
    5. Agreement to our terms and conditions implies adherence to our policies.
    6. Deposits must be paid in full upon booking, with remaining balances due 10 weeks before arrival via bank transfer.
17. Arrival and Departure:
    1. Arrival times are strictly from 12:30, and departure times are strictly before 10:00 am.
    2. Holidays at Chase Lakes are from Saturday to Saturday, and bookings are weekly only.
18. Non-Lake Exclusive Booking:
    1. Anglers can arrive from 12:30 to walk around the complex and view swims.
    2. The draw for swims will take place at 1:00 pm. If you are late to the draw, you will be allocated available swims, as swims cannot be reserved or held.
